I came in for a couple of things and regret it.

Kroger is a more expensive grocery store and I feel like we deserve better.

The lines are very long and it’s very disorganized,.

The closed self check-out does not appear to be storm related because there were still people finishing up when i originally got into line.

No express lanes seem to be open either.

To my understanding this is a new store. I don’t understand why the parking lot and trash cans are overflowing with trash? I also don’t understand why the store is so dirty… I understand the lack of products, however I dont understand why you think it ok to have two people working and six self check outs open. Why do you think it ok to have people waiting over 30 mins to get service or service themself. Please staff appropriately or ensure that all self check outs are operative. Why have the people up front to do what look at me wait in line? Now I realized why I stop going to Krogers when you had the old spot, you continued with the same behaviors. I dislike self check out as if I wanted to work for Krogers, I would have applied for a job, but to have the store line going down the aisles for check out is crazy, I can go to Aldi’s for that. Signed I am over this nonsense and yall must do better period T🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Well. I went to this location to pick up my order for my daughter’s birthday party. Back in the days, about 3 years back, they were everything. They’d let you or specialty cakes and more. Well I placed this order about a week ago, I couldn’t order specialty cakes, but I could order stuff like baked cookies, mini cupcakes, and chocolate covers strawberries… and that was from the bakery! The bakery? They always come through. I didn’t have not ONE issue with them. But the deli? Oh shame on them! I was in so much stress showing up there and I’m a regular customer! NEVER AGAIN! Not only did someone BLOW MY PHONE UP, days BEFORE pick up, notifying me that they didn’t have the deviled eggs AS listed on THEIR website, I was okay with that. (number 1) Okay. (Secondly,) somebody also reached out to confirm if I wanted refried beans with the Fiesta Taco Dip, (cause I out none please!) they confirmed my order. Mannn I showed up, and very calm but also wide lazy man just shrugged his shoulder’s, and said “ your order not here “ I thought he was joking but the man was telling the truth…. He taking about a system order went wrong… the manger ROB, lottery Robbed me. Of my time and emotions. Cause he came in to save his employee. Gave me meat and cheese trays, limit covers for the subs. I wasn’t only feeding toddlers, there were grown adults there too!! Never again. He approved of (2) meant cheese trays, (1) small one and (1) kind of large on today, like he did me a favor. I had 3 (8.99) cooked sushi rolls in my cart and that man said he was only paying for what again?? lol read above.Im over it and over them … please go to Kroger in Dearborn or Taylor. I showed up there, not only did something go wrong in the deli as wel, but their employees ended up fixing my order on deck! This happened last year, but I ended up going their and guess what?? They remember me!!! lol made us something on the spot . I didn’t have an order and to me? That’s all love!!! As for THIS location, I throw in the towel an recommend hiring a real staff member that can keep up with orders. Heavy set dude clearly wasn’t going to help anyway 🖐🏾👎🏾✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾

I only shop here because the drive is convenient. Otherwise you could do better. There are often little to no carts available when you walk in. I've had to walk out to the parking lot to grab one. The lines to checkout can sometimes span the length of the store and move at a glacial pace. Cleanliness does not seem to be a high priority here as the store is always dirty.
