The customer service was amazing. I normally clean my car at home, but today I decided to go to the car wash. I was kinda scared as to what I should do first, but the nice worker carefully explained everything to me. They even let me go again because the first time I messed it up. Would totally go again!

I was disappointed to find out I had to buy the micro fiber cloth and cleaning stuff after paying so much for the car wash. The vacuum suction wasn't that great. Will also contact them to see about a mark on my car

On the other hand, their Deluxe wash and unlimited monthly plans are priced similarly to their competitors. If you choose those higher tiers, the missing amenities make it harder to justify Tommy's over nearby alternatives.

The big standout here is convenience for travelers. As a national chain with nearly 300 locations nationwide, Tommy's Express offers far better geographical coverage than anyone else in the area if you travel frequently by car.

They’ve mastered this. Cloud10 is more flashy. But, it’s a stressful and cluttered experience when all the cars from the pay stations bottleneck into a single lane for the wash bay and fall wildly out of order. Tommy’s is nowhere near as convenient for me to get to but the experience is seamless. The wash result is spectacular. Even the WHEELS came out beautifully clean. They charge $5 for a detail kit if you want a towel and glass cleaner post wash. This is something the nearby competitors provide for free / included in price of wash.

Customer service was excellent! Fast fwd when I drove my car through, the brushes was hitting my car aggressively! I thought my side mirror was going to break plus rear window wiper! Loud banging sounds! (Yes my rear wiper was turned off!) (Also if you can tuck your mirrors i suggest you do that) Car came out clean I was happy. Vacuuming sucked. Bummer it doesn’t have the blow dusters like shiny shell nor the interior cleaner and windex! But they provide free paper towels. I’ll stick with shiny shell.
