It feels like pre-paid delivery orders get full priority while local drive-thru customers get slow service and false claims about item availability just to avoid making shakes late at night. Management needs to address shift efficiency and fair treatment of in-person drive-thru customers.

I have order fish combo and a fish burger. Told them clear dress up like a whopper in a whopper bun paid extra for that when I got there is no ketchup and plan bun. my both kids refused to eat and it 12:49 am. very disappointed by burger king staff this is not first time happened always something. I tried to call 4 times but they didn't pick up the phone. So I wrote this here.

This is ridiculous. This is the third time in months I have been to Burger King hoping that it was a one off. Who thinks this is an okay amount of condiments to put on a burger? My kid’s was equally doused with ketchup, toppings sliding off the burgers because there is so much.

The Midland Ave location used to be a great location, far superior to the quality of the downtown Hub location. No longer.

Want to take the time to say that your manager Kenzie was fantastic today it was crazy busy inside the restaurant. She made sure everyone’s order was correct and was hot when we received. It did take some time for us to get are order but she apologized for the long wait. She’s great at her job and always has a smile ! This is my 3rd visit to the restaurant when she has worked and she is wonderful!! Keep up the work Kenzie don’t let some negative people get you down!
