I don't normally write reviews but I had a wonderful experience. Came to order the new mozzarella pretzel bites but they didn't have any the gentlemen working (I didn't get his name) there's 2 guys and 1 girl working its not the gentlemen with the glasses it's the other one Aug 17th at 4pm whoever the gentlemen is without the glasses he is the one who helped me. There weren't any left and he took time out to make some told me to come back and he will have it ready for me. He hooked me up amazing customer service well spoken and a great energy, smiling and just the best customer service he definitely deserves to be higher up if not already he was cleaning and taking care of everything that had to be done while also helping me thank you so much.

This auntie Anne's yhe energy and service was all there but when it came down to the pretzels I was sadly disappointed. They were hard and dry. And tasted slightly like they were old but by then me and my sister had paid for them so it was no going back at that point so it ate the ones we could and threw the rest away but this was definitely not the experience we were looking for since normally they aren't like that.

Auntie Ann’s is great . Ms Heather was awesome when it comes to customer service she is so professional. The hot dog was freshly cooked and is very knowledgeable about each product they sell. This place is very clean and she is working alone and handling her business . Visit Annie’s in the Broward Mall and tell Heather Mike sent you.

Very cute place with the most amazing staff. Everyone is so kind and sweet, especially Lucy. The staff never fails to make me laugh. Additionally, the atmosphere is very accommodating and is the embodiment of warmth and happiness. The pretzels are always soft, fresh, and warm. You can never go wrong by stopping by this Auntie Anne!!!
