I made an appointment for initial evaluation today at 12:30 pm. When I arrived, there was nobody at the front desk so I took a seat. When the person came in she ignored me. I spoke up and informed her I have an appointment. She looked in her computer and told me my appointment was not until Thursday. I informed her that Thursday was the follow up appointment, but today was the initial evaluation appointment. I had an email from Select Therapy confirming the appointment today. She was not friendly and acted like it was not her problem. No apology, no concern that the office messed things up. No offer to pay for outrageous parking fee. She did offer to set up another appointment tomorrow. We will see how it goes.

The service itself was immaculate. The billing has been a nightmare. I went one time and initially was going to pay with insurance. Due to not having met my deductible yet, I changed that and paid out of pocket instead. Despite five phone calls to the billing office and four phone calls to the actual physical therapy location - each time actually speaking to a human and explaining the situation - they have still not reconciled my bill. I get letters and emails every week for over a month about this. I also get phone calls at 6:20 in the morning, waking up my family, and on those phone calls the billing office tells me that they cannot communicate with the physical therapy office. In essence, they leave any billing discrepancies that were their own fault to the customers to do the work for. Funny not funny, but I actually calculated how long I have spent in passing communication between the two over the last month and it totals an hour and fifteen minutes. This is very unfortunate because like I said, the service itself is top-tier, but I will not be going back because I do not trust them with my money or time.

What’s also unique is that I get to work with him exclusively, rather than being handed off to an assistant. My treatment plan isn’t one size fits all. It’s tailored, evolving, and somehow always one step ahead of my body. Dr. Tsai explains everything, even the homework, and thanks to his thoughtful approach, I’m finally feeling relief. Five stars, easy. If you need PT, this is your guy. *****

Great physical therapist (Brice Goode). Easy scheduling and convenient location for my family. AND in-network to my insurance, which is really hard to find in conjunction with an actually good therapist. Very happy with Select PT.
