Unquestionably the best physical therapy provider that has ever treated me. And, in my long career of abusing my body I have been to quite a few. Not only are Dr. Bowden and staff knowledgeable, but without exception they are the nicest, most caring therapists I have encountered. In the past, I found myself hustling to get done and out. At Spine and Sport I find myself doing extra work, and prolonging my time there. It's a good hang!

I started PT in May, hoping to ease the pain in my old, arthritic shoulder, and to postpone a replacement. The shoulder is much better, and I have gained a lot of strength and flexibility. Twice during the course of shoulder therapy I have presented with a new problem. Both times, they got me warmed up, examined me to determine the problem, and then attacked the problem. Both times, I experienced immediate improvement, which was very important to me because I had an impending vacation with a lot of sports activity. In addition to the work on site, they will teach you exercises that can be performed at home.

Spine and Sport Dana Point is my happy place! I love the staff and atmosphere, and the many different ways they are helping to heal my body. They put in max effort to see me succeed and truly want me to get better. The encouragement alone is worth the time and effort. I am maybe two months in PT and just started working out again, feel so much better, and I’m sleeping better ! Highly recommend 💯✅🤗👏👏👏

I cannot recommend Spine & Sport Physical Therapy highly enough. I’ve been working with Marion to prepare for an upcoming rotator cuff surgery, and the difference between this experience and my previous rotator cuff surgery four years ago is remarkable.
Marion has helped me maintain and even improve my range of motion and strength to the point that I sometimes question whether I still need surgery at all! I feel so much stronger, more confident, and better prepared going into this procedure than I did the last time.
In addition to Marion’s expertise, all of the technicians are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely amazing. Everyone takes the time to ensure exercises are done correctly while creating a welcoming and supportive environment. As an added bonus, the large screen tv is always showing footage of the most incredibly scenic places in the world or surfing videos. I find this images to be effective at calming my mind and nervous system.

Dr. Nicholas Bowden is one of the most caring, compassionate, and dedicated doctors I have ever met.
After my hip replacement, I traveled from overseas for rehabilitation, and meeting Dr. Nick was truly life-changing. His knowledge, skill, encouragement, and positive attitude helped me regain my strength, confidence, and independence. He didn't just help me recover physically, he helped me get my life back!!!
Dr. Nick's passion for what he does shines through in every interaction. He genuinely cares about every patient and always goes above and beyond to help them succeed. His exceptional treatment approach and deep understanding of the human body played a tremendous role in my healing journey.
