Jerry was punctual, great with my dogs and so knowledgeable about what was wrong with my dryer. He didn't take the easy route or give up! He got it fixed and I would not hesitate to recommend him and this company! From the first phone call to clean up Gold Star is the best!

I have a Samsung dryer that stopped heating due to burning out a wire. It keeps repeating. They have come twice after the initial visit to repair with no charge. They came within a few days of my request, which is fast. Friendly technician explained things clearly. I will use them again.

I had an excellent experience with Gold Star Appliance Repair! We had "no lights" on our dishwasher panel. The tech came inside two hours! From the initial call to the completed repair, the level of care and professionalism was outstanding!

The tech took the time to carefully diagnose the issue rather than rushing to a quick fix. He explained what was happening with the machine in clear terms and made sure I understood the repair before proceeding. What really stood out was the attention to detail — everything was handled thoughtfully, the workspace was kept clean, and the dishwasher was tested thoroughly before he left to ensure everything was working perfectly.

It is rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their work and treats your home with genuine respect. The dishwasher is now running like new, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free.

I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable, careful, and highly professional appliance repair.
