I bought a 2018 CanAm Defender that was used around their dealership back in 2019 and they were nice folks. They wouldn’t budge on the price but there weren’t many on the market so I paid what they asked and was happy to get it. It had a few cosmetic issues and I asked for replacement parts and they didn’t respond so I just left there with a 3 star experience. I’m sure they’re doing well and if you want a CanAm, I’m sure they’ll sell you one. I can’t recommend or dissuade anyone for/from them I just think they could do a little better. I’d personally buy another one elsewhere.

I had a great experience shopping for a new bike, everyone was very friendly and extra helpful. Big thanks to the general manager Brandon and Jarrett for staying late to make sure I got taken care of, customer service goes a long way and they definitely have it.

Had my bike in for a repair, they misdiagnosed. We had to get Corporate involved. They did repairs finally. Got bike home (6 months later). Riding around and a horrible oil leak appears. They used the old gasket, didnt prep surfaces for gasket and did not remove all old gasket sealant. I also had a serviceable rear tire when it was in there. All down the center of the tire is steel belt. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR SERVICES!!!!

I just purchased a brand new Chief Bobber, Dark Horse. If I’m honest, I was a bit of a difficult customer…but keep that between us lol ;-) But Brandon and the team handled it like pros. Amazing team in every department, from sales to parts. Love this dealership and definitely a lifelong customer.

Left the bike there until all the parts come in and they get everything installed. But here’s a pic of my new beauty!
