This establishment is wonderful. The staff is super helpful and pleasant. They listened to what I wanted and worked with me. Trade in value was very fair. These people want to put you in a car and will work with any situation. Such a great experience working with these people. You will not be disappointed buying a vehicle from them. I’ll start with what went right. The price was as advertised, which I appreciated. I felt the price was fair for the vehicle I purchased, and the sales associate I worked with did well. The financing is where everything went downhill. I came in already being approved through a financing agency they didn’t accept, so I decided to accept their initial financing and refinance down the line. They added a maintenance plan without telling me; when I asked them to remove it, they said it was “already built into the loan”. Upon reading the fine print when I got home, I found I could cancel the warranty they added within 30 days for a full refund. I go in the next day, less than 24 hrs from when I purchased the car, to cancel. Turns out they never sent the paperwork. I had to badger them to get the contact info the contract holder, call them to find out they never received cancellation and had to manual cancel from them. They told me that refunds are issued by the dealership. For about two months I couldn’t get hold of anyone at the dealership of any help. I finally get in touch with Trevor, who has been the only person at the dealership to truly help me with this issue. He was able to get part of my refund issued two months late. I still have yet to see the last half of my refund issued now 3 months out from my cancelling the contract. If you do choose to purchase from SignItDriveIt, my primary recommendation would be to avoid financing ANYTHING with them. It has been a nightmare trying to get hold of anyone, get any updates, or get anything done.

I love their customer service and Herman, our salesman, is a superstar! He took the time to show me every car that I wanted to see plus he’s extremely knowledgeable. I recently purchased my very first Toyota RAV4 from Sign It Drive It, making this a truly special milestone for me.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Andres Chacon and Isaac Gonzales, who were exceptional throughout the process. Their patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made the experience smooth and reassuring. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision, and their support did not go unnoticed.

Unfortunately, my experience with Danny, the manager, was not as positive. Despite placing a considerable deposit and approaching everything in good faith, the interaction felt unnecessarily difficult. The lack of professionalism and cooperation made the process more stressful than it needed to be, which was disappointing—especially for such an important purchase.

While there were clear challenges, Andres and Isaac truly made a lasting impression and turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into a meaningful one. I hope the management approach evolves, as it would greatly enhance the overall experience and reflect the high standard set by the rest of the team.

As a return customer who unfortunately will not be returning again, I wanted to share my honest experience with Sign It Drive It.

To start on a positive note, my salesman, Andres, did a fine job during the initial process. I also received an email about a
“$250 value manager special” that the finance manager agreed would be applied to a service, which I appreciated.

However, as many people know, once papers are signed it can sometimes be difficult to get follow-up support. I had to jump through several hoops and persist multiple times before I was finally able to speak with Isaac, one of the floor managers. Isaac did a great job listening to my concerns and working toward a solution, and I truly appreciate his effort to make things right.

Weeks later, I brought my car in for the agreed-upon oil change and detail. Unfortunately, when I picked up my vehicle this morning, I was very disappointed with the “detail” service. I wasn’t expecting perfection, but what I received fell far below a reasonable standard. There were dirty footprints left behind, and basic areas like the dashboard hadn’t even been wiped down. The attached photos speak for themselves.

The only reason this review earns two stars is because of Isaac’s attempt to resolve the earlier issue. As someone who has been in sales for many years, I firmly believe one thing remains true in this industry: a satisfied customer will always do two things — return and refer. Sadly, that won’t be the case here.
