I've almost forgot about my bad experiences with them but since they are still sending an invoice to me, I figure I'd share them.

I've had this firm help me file for 2 eviction cases. First eviction case was okay, the case was handled professionally, and I got the tenant out through eviction, although Stuckmeyer never got the wage garnishment for me like they said they would (but charged me for it)

The second case was a disaster, it was handled very unprofessionally by Stuckmeyer. They filed the eviction case for me in October of 2024, and the company Stuckmeyer uses to serve the court papers forgot to serve my paperwork, but that wasn't the worst part, I understand that could happen sometimes, but after I repeatedly followed up with Stuckmeyer to make sure the notice gets served, they still miss the ball the second time, then I was fed up and just found another attorney to do the job, after wasting 4-5 months time with Stuckmeyer.

I do not feel like they really cared about the case, that's really it, I don't think it was because their price is really cheap either, because the other attorney I found charges about the same, it's just a lack of caring for their clients. sigh.

I left a message with Mr. Martin’s office seeking legal advice concerning a real restate transaction. I promptly received a call from Mr. Martin and I explained the situation and the terms of the purchase contract. Since this was an out of state sale, Mr. Martin recommended that I contact an attorney from that state, who would be more familiar with the laws of that state. I expected the conversation to end at that point, but he expressed concerns about the terms of the sale and continued on with the conversation, giving me great legal advice concerning this transaction. I was very impressed, and should I need legal advice in the future, I will be sure to call his office. I certainly recommend that you give Mr. Martin’s legal office a call should you be in need of an attorney.

I was purchasing the house of my dreams & needed some legal advice. I called Stephen's office & my experience started off ideally with the receptionist being very polite. Then the experience continued to be what every customer would want, a quick callback. Then Stephen gave me a free consultation, while actually listening to my issues patiently. Lastly, I needed some quick legal advice again just weeks later & again it was an ideal, professional exchange with his staff & Stephen. I highly recommend Stephen's office for legal advice.

Mr. Stephen Martin did an amazing job at taking a phone call late in the evening and hearing our issue about a home we had wanted to buy but ran into a big problem with the sellers. He gave us great legal advice to prevent us from being at risk at losing our escrow money and how to proceed in the termination of the contract. We are so very grateful for his help and if we ever need an attorney in the future he will definitely be our first choice.
