I banked with Bank of America for over ten years, and moved to Canvas a little under a year ago. Will never look back - it’s a fantastic experience, and Jules at my local University branch specifically is terrific to work with. 10/10 recommend

I had an excellent experience at Canvas Credit Union.
[Teri ] was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.
They answered all my questions and made sure everything was clear.
Because of this great service, I will definitely continue banking with Canvas.

Absolutely do not open any sort of account with this company. I opened a car loan thinking I was being smart to avoid BMW fees - I was not. I pay $350 a month for full-coverage insurance and Canvas is just trying to get a couple extra hundred out of me claiming i don't have insurance. I sent it to them over 5 times, I've called them (only to hear that my insurance was perfectly fine), and yet I have been charged over $1,000 in fees and statements in the mail claiming otherwise. I have tried everything, had AAA reach out to them directly, sent them screenshots, the exact document they asked for - basically what I'm saying is that this is a scam and go anywhere but here. Not worth the headache of dealing with an institutionalized scammer.

This place was very easy to find on Maps. I like that they offer 5 parking spots for credit union visitors in the back of the building. Clay was seriously so friendly from the second I walked in the door! They were prepared for the appointment I made online and eager to help me get an account setup. I had several questions throughout and Clay readily answered with lots of thoughtful knowledge. I appreciated being set up with Clay for my initial visit with Canvas Credit Union!
