If I could give these people negative reviews Like -10 I would. The amount of hoops. These people put me through to give them my money. Go anywhere else but this place, go somewhere that actually value the customer rather than treating you like They’re doing you a favor by taking your money. And this is a business account I can only imagine how to treat the standard account holders.

I really enjoy this bank because they don't beat you over the head with hidden fees and scam-like loans etc. However, we have run into issues from setting up an additional person on my account to zelle ammounts being denied to getting ahold of someone who can help over the phone. All in all they still have great rates and good policy just not the best infrastructure for the account holders convenience.

Canvas is great. I've been with them for a couple years now and nothing but good things from the branches I've been to. Anthony at the downtown location is great. Super friendly and will get you taken care of.

After banking with Canvas for more than 15 years, I am seriously thinking about taking my business somewhere else. I recently waited over three weeks for a decision on an application and tried several times to follow up with the rep that helped me, by email and phone, but never heard back. When I finally reached out to the corporate office, I was told that my application had actually been approved two weeks earlier. It was really frustrating to find out that so much time had been wasted because no one kept me informed. The incompetence is so upsetting.

The most amazing bank I have ever been to. I have walked by it since I moved here in July 2025. Finally became a member March 2026. The staff is amazing. The environment is perfect. the bathroom is clean and they have a coffee machine with mocca and coffee and cappachino. I feel so safe and comfortable every time I come in here. I suggest everyone open an account here. It is amazing.
