I have been in Florida since 1998 and come to know RaceTrac as a well established gas station convenient store, Till I started using this one at 1720 E Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway the one right across from Silver Spurs Arena/ Osceola Heritage Park.. this place has become
a big joke to do business at, management has changed from good to bad to badder now to worse. The place never haves anything their commercials brag at how great it is to have your morning coffee there..I Say "BS"!!! Two months for them to get sugar packets, months before they got stirring sticks, for months people had to use soda drinking straws to mix their coffee, never have cream or half and half for your coffee you have to use whole milk, Silk or Oat milk " YUCK !!! Now they don't even have napkins or soda cups in the place for days now..This is Called One Thing " POOR MANAGEMENT" both store level and regional you use go there on a Friday night and it would be closed due to employees not wanting to show up for work..CRAZY !! ...What I truly like to know..Does Natalie Morhous know what's going on in her stores ??? I Believe Not !!!

From the moment I walked in, she made me feel like a VIP — even said I looked like T-Pain (I’ll take that 😎). But beyond the compliments, she was genuine, respectful, and full of great energy.

Johana is the kind of person who reminds you there’s still good people out here. Her kindness isn’t forced — it’s natural. You can tell she loves her job and cares about people, and that matters in this world.

She’s the best person I’ve ever met from North Carolina — hands down.
Give her a raise, a billboard, or her own RaceTrac theme song… because this woman is a whole vibe. Everyone else is great too she just the one that makes me smile the most 🙌🏽

On 4/17/25, I came to get $30 of gas, two hotdogs, a Coke Zero and an Arizona. I wanted to sit outside with my computer to get things done but the place was discussing. The outside needs to be cleaned periodically. I came here at 8:30 am to find it at that condition. Not sure if the trash all over the floor and tables was from this morning or the night before. Anyways, I came back at 11 am and it still looked the same. By the way, the employees are very nice and are really busy stocking items and taking care of customers so I’m not blaming them. The managers probably need to hire an extra person to take care of the outside. Someone who can constantly disinfect the tables, pick up the trash and cigaret butts of the ground. I have been coming to this gas station for years and the employees have always been very nice and helpful. Either way, this message is really for the managers of this facility and possibly all racetracks. Maybe this message is really for corporate. They have so many cameras installed outside you would think corporate could take a look at their stores every now and then and see when the outside of a store is out of order. They could send a message to the store managers to do something about the mess out there. I was thinking of bringing my own disinfectant wipes next time to I came by to clean my own table but I decided to write this complaint instead. Wait, I just saw the same gentleman that was inside the store stocking and filling the bathroom with supplies come outside and pick up some of the outside trash. He almost tripped while moving fast, hustling trying to get the outside some what picked up. Basically, what I can see is that they are under staffed. I know people quit out of the blue so that could be the case why they are understaffed. Or maybe they are understaffed because they are under paid. Either way, please give that guy a raise. Maybe outsource a company to come periodically to clean the outside and pressure wash the concrete floors and tables outside. Instead of giving the store 1 star I’m giving the store 5 stars for your employees hard work. The outside definitely needs 1 star but I can’t rate the outside individually.
