RPM takes much of the stress out of managing tenants, while still keeping you informed. Their response time to emergency repairs is excellent.

Moving is the worst but thankfully Elizabeth at RPM made everything from viewing to leasing and getting keys a breeze. Once moved in, I submitted a non urgent maintenance request that I expected to be read the next business day, but nope. Issue was resolved within the hour, on a weekend!! Nothing but great things to say.

Dan has been amazing. Including helping me through the apps that were somewhat intimidating to me. We got through!

I have been referring clients to Elizabeth and Dan for over a year to help fill their vacancies in rental properties and I could not be happier with their quality and professionalism! Their communication is clear and transparent with all parties, and they work diligently to fill my clients' units in a timely manner. It has been an asset to my business as a realtor to have a reliable team to assist in all things rentals to free up time and space to focus on buying and selling with my investor clients. I highly recommend using RPM Thrive for all your rental needs!
