I have used Engler Heating and Air Conditioning on a few occasions now, and have always found them to be extremely professional in their work and communication. I believe it is very important that services arrive on time so as to not cause (unnecessary) disruption in the household, and Engler is excellent at communicating their time of arrival.
I highly recommend this family business for your needs!!

Brad and Aaron were great. Engler’s was so responsive - I needed a second opinion on replacement of parts recommended by another company. They were able to come within 24 hours and reassure me that the service was operating fine. Appreciate their promptness and diligence

We have been using Engler for 20+ years. They always do a first-rate job at a reasonable price, and this last repair went above and beyond. Out of nowhere, our hot water heater sprung a leak, and they were at the house within a half-hour to begin removing the old heater, and finished installing a new one in less than 2 hours.

I had an excellent experience with this heating and air conditioning company. From the moment I reached out, their communication was clear, timely, and genuinely helpful. The technician arrived on time, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and took the time to make sure the job was done correctly—not just quickly.

What stood out most was their professionalism and honesty. They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and they walked me through my options so I could make an informed decision. The work was completed efficiently, and my system has been running perfectly ever since.

Horrible experience. Hired Engler for a simple clean of the humidifier, and they didn’t fix it and also broke two parts of the furnace and charged me over $2K for their negligence. Everything was working fine before they came. Owner said he would refund me but then went dark. Beware! Do not hire there’s people.
