Just had Jair from Leith Heating and Cooling check out my furnace and humidifier as part of my maintenance agreement for the fall service. He checked all the parts thoroughly and explained everything he was checking and why along with the results. He didn't mind me watching him do the service or ask him questions. Appreciate the time he took and the pride in his work. Cleaned up everything after the service. Great service. Glad I switched to this local company to do my maintenance. Highly recommend!

SO GREAT! So of course during a week of 80-90 degree temps we realize at 10 PM at night that our system is not working...we called Leith and we were fortunate enough to have Kristian come out the very next day and diagnose the problem. Luckily it was a simple part that needed to be replaced. Our system is on the older side but Leith was able to hunt down the part and they came and installed it as soon as it came in (which was only a day later). We are SO GRATEFUL. Kristian was courteous, professional and obviously did a great job because our system has been up and running without issues. Definitely will use them for future repairs / when we upgrade our system. Ahhh cool air. We definitely took it for granted....

I had an excellent first experience with Leith Hearing & Cooling. Kristian was the technician that arrived within 24 hrs form calling for help after my AC was not working and the head was extreme. Arrived in a fully branded and well equipped work van. Was very polite, professional, and humble. Ran multiple tests with different equipment in different areas. I recently had Leith HVAC install a new HVAC system in my home, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

I was actually one of Leith’s very first customers over 20 years ago, so it was great to work with them again as I upgraded my system. Brian came out to discuss my options and, as always, was professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. It’s been impressive to watch the company grow from Brian being a one-man operation into the exceptional team they have today.

The installation crew, Escobar and Jair, led by Sean, did a fantastic job. They were courteous, hardworking, and took pride in their work. Jake was thorough in explaining the new thermostats and made sure I was comfortable using the system before they left.

The team kept the work area clean, respected my home, and cleaned everything up when the installation was complete. The pricing was competitive, and I was even able to use a gift certificate I had won at a local charity auction.
