I've trusted Robyn and Lanae to sell my last three homes over 12 years, and they've delivered excellence every time. Robyn brings unmatched detail and care to the presentation of a home, and Lanae is the kind of financial advocate everyone wishes they had - steady, sharp, and always in your corner. Together, they make the perfect team.

What sets them apart, though, is their kindness. They're warm, friendly, and thoughtful in ways that go beyond real estate. They even made sure our dogs were comfortable during closing.

On the first visit, Robin & Lanae educated me on what needed to be repaired and updated to get it listed. When I was ready, they had home cleaned, photographed and listed.

We recieved 3 offers on first weekend.

One offer was over asking price which was the eventual buyer.

I am certain they were very busy, but always responded to any missed calls or texts.

It was a little stressful, but it was about as smooth a sell as I could have ever hoped for.

Working with Robyn and Lanae has been wonderful experience. Robyn went above and beyond, showing me more than 20 houses. By understanding my wants and needs, she helped me through the process of elimination to find the right house for me.

Lanae then started the negotiations and got me the best possible deal, with the least possible stress! It has been a pleasure meeting and working with both of them!!
