Josh came to us by way of a recommendation. We were selling my mother’s home in Pecan Plantation but we live in SC and would not be on site to handle many details. He proactively took many steps knowing the time we had on the ground prior to move-out was precious.

Josh did a great job of leading us to the do’s and don’ts of preparing the home for sale. He took care of several details on site being our hands and feet since we were not there. He worked closely with us on the contract negotiations and was always available to answer our questions or go over details we needed along the way. We were very thankful for his expertise and his effort in the process start to finish!

We had a great experience with Josh. We found him through his YouTube channel, which really helped us a lot! You can really tell how much he loves this market. He was really patient and played the long game and took us on three different home tours over the course of 18 months before we made our final purchase. Josh is amazing! He is very knowledgeable about the Granbury area and was spot on with his recommendations for us. We thought we would be looking for a home through the summer, but Josh found us the perfect home before we even sold ours! Josh was able to immediately address some issues we ran into during the sales process by quickly connecting us with local service providers, and meeting with them onsite when needed, which was invaluable to us since we were not local to the area. From insurance providers, to move-in cleaners, to helping us with our renovations, I can’t think of anything Josh and his wife haven’t been able to handle for us. Ever since deciding to retire in Granbury, working with Josh has been our best decision. His knowledge of the area can't be beat. After a brief conversation, Josh recommended a neighborhood for us to look at. We immediately explored Granbury over a long weekend. Josh was absolutely right. We had to buy in the neighborhood he recommended. The sale was flawless, but afterwards is where Josh has been a total blessing. Josh and amazing wife Shelby have gone above and beyond helping us remodel our home before moving in. Shelby has spent hours helping us choose colors, tile, trim, light fixtures, etc. Josh has coordinated an extensive remodel and is insistent on making this our dream home within budget and time constraints.
