Call it Closed couldn’t be more accurate!

My family moved from San Antonio to the DFW area and our previous Relator was hands down amazing! He helped us buy and sell multiple houses. So when we moved up here I didn’t know who to reach out to Im not gonna lie, I was little worried on if the care and importance this meant for me and my family was going to be with my next Realtor.
From the start Costi Hinn delivered on settling any worry and or concerns. His knowledge and ability to help my wife and I navigate the neighborhoods, the community and desired family life was impeccable. He had us send over some of our desired homes in different areas and went to work. He made himself available during the week, on short notice if a house we liked popped up on the market, he would be beyond patient with us and get a showing asap. I’m happy to say we found our home in less than two weeks and Costi negotiated several thousands of dollars off the asking price while having the seller take care of a couple of maintenances concerns. We got our keys in three weeks and “Called it Closed!”
