I took my mom to the new Applebee's & Ihop location and ordered two appetizers the chicken tacos that were delicious and the French onion soup. Both were cold but I managed to eat it as my mom and I already waited 30 minutes to get food. The entrée come and I ordered the new parmesan chicken with mash potatoes. That was cold. I alerted the server and waited. I watched my mom finish her meal while I was still waiting. After another 25 minutes I gave up. I asked India for the check. At this point I will go somewhere else to eat dinner. The server felt bad and said if I came back she would provide better service but it seemed as rhiugh it wasn't enough staff as the kitchen and service was slow so I'm not sure about going back. I even had to wait for the manager to remove the item that I never received. I wasn't approached by the manager or offered anything for my inconvenience.

The new Applebee's Ihop is the place to go. They have a bar now. Managers are visible at all times checkin on customers and welcoming them into the new establishment. Service is top-tier. Say HI 👋🏽to Anthony, he's the best. staple to the Inglewood community. They're open 24hrs for all our late night foodies.

This place is amazing. The Collab between IHOP and Applebee's is now immaculate. The manager literally came to my table and asked if my stay was great: not only was it great, it was amazing. The strawberry milkshake? AMAZING. I love the whipped cream it comes with it. I ate so many pancakes: I normally cannot eat more than 2 pancakes, but GOD THESE PANCAKES WERE SO GOOD I ATE LIKE FIFTEEN. Jesus, don't get me started on the omelettes...the steak omelet was so good I couldn't bring myself to share it with my sister. The atmosphere was amazing, I felt like I was at a Dave N' Busters. People should definitely come and check this place out. The service was amazing, I felt like a kid at Disneyland. Definitely coming back here again, 10/10.

Our server Fernando was the Most pleasant, kind, generous server I have ever had! The entire staff was absolutely AMAZING! We had a party of 8 all girls. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh and tasty 😋 Thank you IHOP for being apart of my daughters 7th birthday celebration!
