After all the time I’ve been ordering from Starbucks (20 years) I’ve never found a drink that was truly unique to my taste until now Lanie S made me a grande chai frappe with banana and brown sugar cold foam it tasted like a banana foster in a cup! Thanks Lanie!!

I am really not a Starbucks person, but I would be if they were all like this location. Erica at the front helped me. She was one of the sweetest, friendliest, and fun people I have met at any service counter on top of that. Everybody else was so nice as well. I heard them several times greet customers by first name as they come through the door and were quick to strike up a friendly conversation. This doesn’t feel like a Starbucks; it feels like a warm hometown coffee shop. One more special thanks to Erica and her amazing attitude; she lightened my day.

Usually I have no problems here, but today I ordered via the app and showed up when it said it was ready and saw my drink still behind the counter completely ready, just with not lid on it. When I asked the barista about it, she said “I’m the only one working so you’re gonna have to wait.” Yet she wasn’t the only one working and my drink was completely ready just missing a lid… not sure why management’s lack of appropriate staffing is being taken out on me. Very odd experience. The girl was working at 3:30pm on Friday, 6/19/26.

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks!! The baristas are consistently friendly, patient, and helpful. They know our family and greet us with warmth every single time. I have never once had a bad experience at this location.
