4 stars because it’s not the staffs fault, but this area desperately needs another Starbucks to offset how insanely busy this one is constantly. The wait is always insane through the drive through and quality of items usually suffers as a result as well; getting into the drive through line or parking lot is super difficult and dangerous as well consistently because of its location and how packed it stays. There’s an entrance off indiantown rd but the line is usually backed up into the street by kfc so you have to get out and go all the way around if you come in there. The other entrance is off 67th; you either need to hold up indiantown traffic to turn right at the light and hope the line isn’t backed up into the street to turn in or if you had to go all the way behind Starbucks and head back to the light and make a U turn which is sooo dangerous when there’s traffic and a long line. Please for the sake of us all staff and patrons make another location nearby!

Staff today was a disaster. Waited 20 mins for a drink I PRE ORDERED. I watched the staff Give orders to people that came in way after me and even placed their order in the store. When I brought it to a girl with red hair attention she seems super unfriendly and just asked me what the name was even though I already told her. Then waited 10is mins. When I went to bring it to another of the barista’s attention( After I watch everyone get their drinks besides me that was in the store that came in after me) she was listening to what I said, and then when another barista went to chime in to ask me what was wrong the first barista(Had a white headband on covering her ears) I was talking to blatantly ignored my existence and just walked away, which I thought was super rude. When I brought it to the barista that chimed in attention that it was rude that she just ignored me like that she basically explained to me how the girl was working the drive-through. To which I said, she can still acknowledge my existence and commented again on how that was not how you treat a customer. If you’re gonna work at Starbucks, I genuinely don’t understand how you can be comfortable with just being blatantly rude to a customer when they’re coming to you with a concern. I love Starbucks and usually have great experiences with customer service. Guess this location just needs nicer staff

Very bust coffee shop. They even have a chart on the wall telling the progression of the orders here in Jupiter, FL. Lots of snacks, cakes, boiled eggs, cake pops, etc definitely upscale with a cushy tan leather sofa, teakwood bowls on a table, looks like it seats about 20 people here
Restrooms are clean. They have a very busy drive thru. Patio seating outside thar wraps halfway around the building. At least 7 barristers behind the counter. Glad we stopped off here.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at your store during my recent visit with my children, today 06/03/2027 around 2:20 pm.

First, our drinks were prepared incorrectly, strawberry acai drinks, when I ordered two pink drinks no strawberries. When I politely brought the issue to the attention of the employee, who's name is Matt and express that today was going to be his last day working there, the situation was handled in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. The employee appeared frustrated and threw the drinks onto the counter rather than handing them to us respectfully. This behavior was upsetting, especially in front of my children.

To make matters worse, another customer became involved and accused me of being disrespectful, despite the fact that I was simply trying to have our order corrected, and was trying to let my kids know is not right treating people that way. At no point did I intend to be disrespectful to any member of your staff.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, particularly when addressing a mistake with an order, and I even offer to pay back for my drinks. The manner in which my children and I were treated was unacceptable and left us feeling embarrassed and unwelcome.

I respectfully request that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to ensure customers are treated professionally and respectfully in the future.

To the customer that gets involved ( woman with 10x glasses) , shame on you teaching your daughter to get involve in matters not pertaining to her to disrespect people. That is a shame and me with my children asking for respect is not a shame.

Next time think twice before getting involve in situations out of your business, you have to be thankful Im a profesional Woman, another person or situation might be different.

The workers they were nice I ask for a matcha drink the first time and it came out hot my mistake and when i asked for them to remake it they forgot the caramel but everything else was fine
