Fast, efficient and polite. These guys know what they are doing. Hammered out a pipe under concrete, replaced and recemented in less than 3 hours. Their pricing was honest too.

Both guys were great. They tried their best, however, a decade of silt buildup made it hard to clear out the clog. As a side note, even though they didn't quite clear out the clog, it most certainly helped in draining for the next while. Would definitely use your company again.

So happy I called DrainTech! I was able to speak with someone right away and was able to have a plumber out to fix a stubborn clog later the same day. He was efficient, knowledgeable and excellent at getting it done. Will definitely be calling again for future needs. Thanks again!

Great company! They quickly found the issue without doing any unnecessary work (which was a huge relief after other quotes). Super fast, efficient, and they left everything spotless. I’m honestly so happy with the service and will 100% be using them again!

Ok... Where I come from, it can take weeks to get a plumber, if you can get one at all! But here in Kitchener, at my daughter's place, I called DrainTech Plumbing at 11:26 AM, and an appointment was made for the 1:00 to 3:00 time slot, and they were here and done by 5 minutes to 1:00! Amazing!

They cleared a stubborn blockage that caused a mess in the basement laundry tub and a smelly backup into the kitchen sink upstairs! They even took time to install a handy access point in the pipeline! And patiently answered all my questions! All before they were even supposed to be there! Awesome!

Not only were they timely, efficient, and professional, one of them even backed his way up the basement stairs, wiping them off when they were done... leaving no trace that they had been there, except a clean laundry tub that drains incredibly fast!

Thank you Mark & Ryan! And Thank you DrainTech Plumbing!
