If I could give a zero review I would. It’s my husbands birthday so we stopped to get a regular coffee and I told them we could show his id since we have the same app and are in from out of town. No happy birthday and sorry not our problem . Horrible service

Can’t understand why but this location consistently gets huge orders from customers locally and then decides to screw over literally anyone else who bothers to enter the store. While this is not directly the business’s fault, the decision to keep taking orders while you are 20-30 minutes behind is your fault. I normally am pretty patient and cool about waiting, but when I order something 10-15 minutes in advance and then wait an additional 20 minutes it kind of defeats the purpose entirely. I only ever get coffee when I run out of time to make it at home, or I feel like getting myself a treat. The way this location seems to always fail at making me happy is insane. If you’re getting 40+ unique coffee orders maybe it’s time to have a conversation with the customer about timing, or even better why not do a system where you make one coffee for them and one coffee for a person who has a single order? There were also people taking breaks in the back during a busy rush. It was insane to watch. Please do better

I made a pick up order, for the drive-through, which is amazing that we finally have a Starbucks with one in this area! One of my items was the tomato mozzarella Panini, which was interesting to say the least. There were no tomatoes, hardly any mozzarella, and the middle of the sandwich had a soggy texture. However, the service was very fast and super friendly, and my coffee taste great!
