Instead of greeting me and taking my simple drip coffee order and then going about your multitasking I’ve been forced to wait twice by the same employee working the register today and the other day. This will be my last trip to this Starbucks as customer contact first is not a priority six (6) employees behind the counter two people in line and very little interaction like greeting me and taking my order is number five on your list of priorities. No way!

This poor rating is directed at the Manager that was working there today. (9/8/26). The place was busy as usual. After placing my order, the woman running the cashier disappeared. There was one person making drinks for the drive-through and those that were in house. This poor woman was drowning. The manager was doing inventory and never once thought that she would need Help.
I placed my order at 10:26. I got my sandwich around 10:30 and didn’t get my lemonade until 1040

The happy birthday greeting as soon as I arrived from the barista was so very nice as were the drawings on the cup!!! She really started my birthday in a special way. The drink was delicious too and even my husband commented on how much delicious cold cream topped by matcha latte! Thanks!

Ok Starbs peeps.... my drink was free poured straight from the steam wand, that lead to a 3/4 full cup. Next, I said I wanted the whip. And, the cinnamon dolce syrup tastes like the pump was I a stronger flavor prior, it's over taking the cinnamon. Love you guys, but get it together. There are other choices and with boycotts, it can be added to the list. Commuters just want it right. We don't have time to turn around and get stuff fixed.

This is our "home" store and a frequent stop after sports practices/games at the high school and local soccer arena. We typically order through the app and pickup is quick and the staff is friendly. The drive thru can get backed up and crazy at times (which is why we use the app). They recently remodeled the store during the pandemic and it looks great. Highly recommended.
