Poor costumer service for a Mobil order 20 min? Ask for light ice, I get full cup ice? Ask for extra strawberries the barista scoop out the ice leaving a fees strawberries :( for $7.00 dls drink you kidding me.!!!!

I was extremely disappointed by my experience at this Starbucks.

I had an urgent need to use the restroom, but the staff insisted that I had to make a purchase before I could use it. I even explained that I was happy to buy something immediately afterward, but they still refused.

I understand that stores have restroom policies, but there should also be room for basic human compassion and common sense. When someone is clearly in an urgent situation, refusing to make a simple exception shows a complete lack of empathy.

This experience felt cold and inhumane, and it does not reflect the customer-first values that Starbucks promotes. A small act of kindness would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and questioning whether I want to support this location again.

I hope Starbucks will encourage its employees to use better judgment and show more compassion in situations like this.

They definitely always give you service with a smile. They definitely know what they're doing. I've been here a few times and my drinks have always came out.Perfect highly recommend

One of the lady barista, who is short, fat and have long curly hair, is so rude. I did order the cold drink iced Starbucks blond caramel latte, the guy took my order kept asking me four times about my order even though I showed him the picture of the drink that I wanted. Then the coffee came out was a hot one, not a cold that lady barista said so rude to me that I should say “iced”. How about I showed the picture? The name of that coffee is come with iced, right? Actually, to give better service, they should said sorry for making the wrong one and change the new one for me, instead of saying rude to customer.

Bad service and no more coming here

You guys need to clean this place up. This place up. I went here to use the bathroom and I just happened to have time to observe all these layers of dirt and gum stuck to the floor. Tons of dust on the vents garbage on the floor. There were like 7 people working at the time. Why aren't some of you cleaning? Bathroom smelled like old urine. Dirt from months of not cleaning. You need to get this place professionally cleaned. I did not order anything to drink. Was tempted until I saw how dirty it was. You need to do better!!!
