I came in to get coffee and sit down to enjoy it, when I heard the barista with a buzzed head say my name. He was whispering and gossiping about me over his headset. I have to say this is very unprofessional, as an ex-barista myself I'm very disappointed in the lack of friendly atmosphere. A shift lead and another barista, Amilee and Colby I think their names were, were amazing! They saved my experience here! So sweet, excellent customer care on their end!

Order a breakfast burrito and BLT sandwich when I got them and I took a bite of the breakfast burrito it was still cold from inside came to the front desk and the lady was super nice apologized and told me that she was gonna remake it so I said yes and she made it and again it was still cold! So at this point I got frustrated right two times biting into cold breakfast with burrito sandwich so I told the lady hey I’m not trying to beat that one customer but could you either check what’s going on or give me another type of food so she gave me another BLT sandwich and she on top of that she gave me a four dollar discount for my next purchase but still I’ve felt sick that day the rest of my day I threw up in the night and it was sick to my stomach, the rest of the day

This is my home store away from home when I’m visiting family in Utah. I’ve spent time in the lobby, gone through the drive thru and literally been the first customer of the day when traveling back home to California.
This store is super cute with the wood paneling and bench seating. Love the bar seating too.
Days where I’ve sat in the lobby I was offered for here ware, connected with as baristas do lobby checks.
Days where I come in for a quick drink and some ground coffee the experience is lack luster!!! No connection at hand off, long waits for 1 drink and the overall partner vibes aren’t very pleasant.
Today we stopped by right at open as we were getting on the road. The welcome window wasn’t being observed, the cheese and fruit boxes weren’t dated and the cheese had mold. I asked a partner about the expiration date and they were unable to tell me the process which didn’t give me confidence in buying the box. The CL was the only one who engaged with us but even that felt forced and like she couldn’t care less what brought us to the store at 430am on a Saturday.
The impulse area and back line was very disorganized, felt messy and there was visible dust an old beans spilled on the counters.

I love this Starbucks! They are always so friendly and very personable! I wish I knew the employee’s name, but today I went and got a drink and noticed that they were showing Dubai bites and I asked him about it and he took the time to tell me what they were and how big they would be, and he was very friendly about everything and helped me out with my gift card and complimented my rings and it just meant so much to me. I always have a good experience at this place!❤️
