Came on here to write about our bad experience with the manager Ricky (hispanic female) but just reading all the previous reviews its shocking. How many bad reviews on the staff/management does there need to be to make a difference or fire a person? People who hate people should not be in customer service. She had 0 willingness to be helpful or kind. Like many other reviewers below - will never come back again.

I got my salad, and mac and cheese! Super good, but the breads were burnt unfortunately, Super bummed because thats my favorite part, but great customer service and atmosphere

This place. Wow. This IS the place! You want in a you feel like you're getting on a train to bake town! The cutest cafe! Seriously the croissants are some of the best I've had in a long time! The service was friendly and fast. It was easy to find and their atmosphere was everything we were looking for in a morning date with a cozy vibe to read in. We love it here. One disclaimer I will say is that the food needed a little more spices but it was fresh! We will probably be coming back and bringing friends! We just happened upon it, but it was a blessing that we did. Parking was accessible.

The food was bland, cold and unfortunately take out is served in plastic. I love that they have the combo option to get pasta, half sandwich and soup. Really beautiful delivery (other than the plastic) - it just didn’t have as much flavor as it looked like it might have. 😟 The pecan bar was alright but I prob wouldn’t go here again tbh

Where do I even start.....look I understand that mall bakeries are going to be extremely expensive for no reason, but at least have quality food in exchange for that money. We were greeted very nicely. The pastry my friend got was definitely frozen before, was soggy and tasted like a glorified toaster strudel. She didn't want the full meal and just got half a sandwich. She ended up paying full price for half a sandwich, while I got a full meal for the same price. When they said it would be half. My friends pasta was undercooked and also tasted like it was reheated in the microwave. Crazy. There are so many more things and I could go on but it's not worth it.
I got a try two combo
Chicken pesto sandwich
Berry salad
Overall I rated my meal a 4/10.
The fruit cup was moldy and small.
At least our sandwiches were very yummy.
If you want quality pastries, coffee and food, don't go here. I know what quality is and this was not. To someone who has never tasted real pastries this might be a great start.
I am all about honesty and I wouldn't recommend this again. I'm glad I tried it and the service was very amazing.
