I was here visiting my husband who is here for work. So we're staying at the hotel right behind this Starbucks. I order the same drink everyday at the Starbucks by my house and in many other cities we visit.. nobody ever has any issues with making it. However, when I ordered it here, rather than paying attention to the instructions, the lady read them afterwards and then poured half my drink down the sink before adding the cold foam on top. I watched her do it. So when I asked the other Barista why, she gave me an incredulous look and then told the other barista to make it again. The second barista didn't bother to properly wash the cold foam machine, i get it, they're busy and don't want to bother with making sure anything is actually clean. Then it wasn't made properly a second time, but I wasn't going to ask a second time to have it remade.

Health and cleanliness are two of my pet peeves. When I was young I also worked for starbucks, and it is not that hard to be clean and it is not that hard to read the instructions on the cup before making the drink.

Got a banana bread matcha through the drive thru and for 1,the drink was the lightest green possible almost white. For 2,it was the wrong size & the first drink was green but when they made it the right size,the drink was almost white -__- . I didn't add any extras so there should be no reason for that color. If you don't like your job then quit,don't be rude & make my drink wrong because I want my drink made the right way smh!!

I really wanted to enjoy this location, but my experiences have been consistently disappointing. The treatment of Black female staff members and customers has felt noticeably dismissive and unwelcoming. The drink quality is inconsistent, customer service often comes with unnecessary attitude, and the store itself has appeared below basic cleanliness standards on multiple visits. The management comes across as unprofessional, and the environment feels more like a high school clique than a well-run business. This location would greatly benefit from new leadership and a renewed focus on respect, professionalism, and customer care.

This Starbucks is actually a really convenient spot ☕✨. One of the biggest advantages — it’s open 24 hours 🕛🚛, which is a lifesaver when you’re driving long distances or just need a quiet place to recharge for a bit.

The atmosphere here feels calm and comfortable 😌. Not overly crowded, enough space to sit down, relax, drink coffee, charge your phone, or just take a small break from the road 🔋📱☕.

I also like the location 👍. Easy access, plenty of parking around, and overall it feels safe and practical, especially for people traveling through the area 🚗🌙.

Coffee and service were good too 👌. Nothing weird or disappointing — just a solid Starbucks experience exactly how it should be 🙂✨.

Definitely one of those locations I’d gladly stop at again during a trip ☕🛣️

I go here all the time since it’s near my work. The are always staffed up, and their manager makes them greet customers, which is nice I guess. Employees aren’t too happy though. It’s always busy, especially with it being right off the Highway 92; Industrial Blvd Exit. They now have some board games available on the table.
