I go to this Starbucks whenever I am in this part of Hayward shopping. It is always a good experience and the atmosphere is great. It appears that they recently remodeled it some and added a lot more seating both inside and outside. It definitely looks better. As usual, the customer service is very good here as well . I had the new Aericano drink and it was excellent.

I honestly don’t understand the lack of urgency here. There are multiple baristas behind the counter, but the pace is unbelievably slow. The wait times are ridiculous considering how many people are working, and the drinks just don’t come out in a reasonable time. If you want your drinks made quickly and properly, the Starbucks down the street does a much better job — they’re faster, more efficient, and actually seem to care about customers’ time. This location seriously needs to step it up.

About the great customer service on the day prior on Tuesday I called about getting to coffee travelers the associate said they can and I told them about the time coming in. He confirmed with his manager and took my name down. I went in and they had it ready. It shocked me that they did it with out me having to order or putting anything down. Make My travel and getting to my destination with easy. Thank you
