I came in this morning craving my usual chai latte with espresso, but as a diabetic who’s working hard to cut back on sugar, I wanted to try something different.

Everyone was so welcoming and helpful! They took the time to recommend a drink based on the flavors I love, and it was absolutely delicious. All the flavor I was hoping for with much less sugar. I truly appreciated the kindness and great customer service—I’ll definitely be back! ☕❤️

I had a lovely experience at this Starbucks! The young lady at the register this morning was extremely kind and helpful with recommendations as I don’t get coffee often. The store was super clean as well. I would definitely come back to this location.

I cannot say enough good things about this location, truly. If you read any negative review, I'm certain that it is the fault of the customer and not any barista at this location. Every time I come in, I'm always greeted with a smile and a warm hello, and I've genuinely gotten to connect with several of the baristas. Desi has always been a warm and welcoming presence at this location, and I always look forward to seeing (and I'm always a touch disappointed if I don't get to say hi in the morning)! You can truly see how much care and intention she puts into her job, not only with how she works with customers but with how she works and interacts with her staff. There is always a fun game or challenge that she's designed for her staff going on, and she's always being encouraging or supportive and she has taken the time to create and run an Instagram account for the store that highlights the staff. I'm excited to see her grow as a supervisor and I wish I could have worked with when I was a barista at Starbucks many years ago!

The rest of the staff is truly amazing as well; Stuart has a wonderful sense of humor and welcome greeting! Cory, while seeming shy at first, is incredibly genuine and kind, and I was so touched when they wrote a heartfelt message on my cup one morning that truly made me feel seen and appreciated. Kharis always has a smile every morning and a wonderful energy. And Daniella always makes sure to say hello whenever I see her!

If you have a choice of which Starbucks to visit out of the many that Columbia has, I cannot recommend the Lincoln St. location enough! The staff truly makes my day every time I come in, and I genuinely look forward to seeing them on the mornings that I stop by. They have taken the time to get to know me, chat and be gracious enough to share about themselves and their days! The service is truly unbeatable and I'm grateful to them for all their kindness!

I’ve had a great experience here, all the employees are super sweet and honestly just amazing. My barista Lauren was super helpful and accommodating, and honestly she made me feel very comfortable and welcome there. Definitely worth taking a trip!
