I walked in to place an order. After about 15 minutes, they finally acknowledged me. I asked for the crazy combo (breadsticks and marinara sauce), paid $3.99 and was told it would be about 7 minutes.
Well here I am, writing a review in the lobby 37 minutes later lol. Still waiting for the crazy bread.

If you’re wondering why I haven’t asked for a refund, it’s because I HAVEN’T BEEN SPOKEN TO. People keep coming in and out and the employees are just complaining loudly about customers ordering food.

Description of Violations:
1. Employee Hygiene & Cross-Contamination: An employee was observed sitting directly on a food preparation/service table. While sitting on the table in the back around food, she was eating chips with her fingers, licking her fingers, and continuing to work around the open food area without washing her hands or put on gloves.
BIGGER ISSUE:
2. Contaminated Utensils & Food Handling:
An employee dropped the pizza tongs onto the floor. The tongs remained on the floor for approximately 10-15 seconds. The employee then picked up the dirty tongs, made eye contact with me, and immediately used them to remove pizzas from the oven, directly contaminating the food.

3.Management/Staff Response:
When I confronted the staff regarding the contaminated tongs and requested a clean pizza made with sanitized utensils, the employees became hostile and gave me attitude. Even told me it wasn't a big deal. CRAZY. They stated it would be another a 10-minute delay as a result of my request to not have dirty utensils used on my food so I requested a refund immediately and will not be returning.

Another customer that was behind me in line also complained about how unsanitary it was.

Pizza was hard, not cut properly and cold. I ordered Italian bread and got wings instead due to them not having no more bread. It didn’t mention that on the app.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Save your time and money! I ordered 7 pizzas today for an event through online pick up, waited 15mins in the store before anyone came to the front. Trusted that my food was prepared properly to only get to the event and 5 of them completely burnt. I spoke to a gentleman in the restaurant only for him to tell me that’s how they are. They are made with golden brown cheese which makes the appearance of it being dark brown. No Sir, these pies are burnt! They will never get my business again.

This is at 4:00pm Friday January the 23rd after I have already ordered in online order for my kids dinner that was prepaid for, I had to walk away from this place without my order due to them deciding they wanted to lock up the place and close down early. again this was a already prepaid order. little Caesars count your days 😡

Update: Came in the very next day to reattempt to pick up my order, was told to please wait 20minutes while it was prepared. I waited got the finally received my order (2 pizzas and a breadstick. I got it home only to find the breadsticks over cooked with overly amount of butter, and the pizza being cold. Looked at the tag to see it was someone else’s order whom it appears was messed up and bought back up there. Only for it to be given to me. Never again will i come to this location!!!! 🤡’s
