For them to always be fully staffed they are so darn slow every single time i pre order. ive been to other smaller locations close by and they definitely all run a better operation than this location. Goodness.

It's usually quite spacious and comfortable inside, though it can get busy in the evenings. The staff here are generally efficient, and most of them seem to recognize regulars, which is a nice touch. Service is quick enough for my commute home.

I get my coffee here almost everyday for a couple years now and I never had any issue. They are nice and friendly and coffee is always good. The complainants giving bad reviews must be divas.

Apparently you can’t walk in here with a picture of an ingredients list/order off social media and show the cashier (middle aged, going grey, black square glasses, life-less “hello”, crust around lips) so he easily type the order in without you butchering the proper way to order! Very rude, never again coming in this location, you would think since this area is coming up the store will get some decent help, people who actually want to work. I can’t imagine how teenagers are treated when they come in excited with a picture off social media. Very disappointing, waste of my break. Such a low vibrational human interaction, should be kinder never know what someone is going through.

Update: I called they daid they were going to get in touch again. Nothing happened. Today I went again and again the same thing. The only difference is that the cheese is a little more melted but cold. What is going on? And unfortunately this is the only target I have close to me.

I order every morning the same thing which is Venti Strawberry Açai lemonade with grilled cheese. This time they gave me a frozen grilled cheese. I notice when I bite it. I turned around to the drive thru(same young lady) and told her. They just looked at me laugh and reorder it but this time was a burned grilled cheese. Forgot to take a picture of that one because as soon I saw it I throw it away.
