I had a disappointing experience at this cafe. The staff were rude and didn't even bother to greet us when we walked in.
The atmosphere was just as unwelcoming, with other customers displaying similarly rude behavior. It felt uncomfortable and uninviting.
I also read through the reviews and have seen numerous other complaints about the poor customer service; Clearly this is a reoccurring issue that they do not care about. Considering that cafe was almost empty on a Saturday morning, Maybe we can piece 2 and 2 together and figure out what the problem is. I won't be returning!:)

Media Bean Cafe is the perfect spot for breakfast or lunch! They have a variety of items that are all creatively created, but simple. I had the King Henry handheld breakfast sandwich with Pork Roll, Fried Egg, Cooper Sharp, on an English Muffin. It was absolutely delicious. My wife and I also shared a sticky bun that was warm, moist, sticky, and covered in nuts. The cold brew was top notch. Some of the best coffee I've had in the area. We got a can of Cafe Du Monde grounds to go. Dee, our server, was so kind, caring, and personable. She made us feel at home 😀

I go here once a month to catch up with one of my friends. The food is real and cooked fresh, and the team is so friendly and kind- they even know my order now. Thanks for the great service and food!

Easy place for breakfast/brunch and also have bakery items to go. Staff is super friendly. Recommend omelets and French toast. Now open for dinner some evenings and karaoke. BYOB.

Media Bean Cafe located in South Newtown Square has very professional staff members that have great customer service skills. The high quality food is made with care. Keep up the good work 👍
