Our waiter, Matt in the Wooster, Ohio location was great. One of the things that I always look for is drink refills, if I'm half way through my meal and out of my drink, you don't need to ask me if I would like a refill, the obvious thing is to just bring the refill. Matt did that for our table. He was super attentive and always checking on us. Food was great too! Thanks!

Service was really slow. It was like 10 min before we sat down and the place was empty when we walked in. The food was good. My salmon wasn't completely cooked and I had to ask them to put it on a little longer, but they did and it was really good! They compensated me with a piece of chocolate cake for the mishap which was perfect

We visited to celebrate my son’s birthday, and the experience truly stood out. Our server was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make the occasion special. She asked if we were celebrating anything and then thoughtfully arranged for the staff to come over and sing “Happy Birthday,” which my son absolutely loved.

What impressed me most was the personal touch—they even gave him a handwritten card signed by the staff. It felt genuine and heartfelt, not just routine. The level of care and attention to detail made his day unforgettable. Highly impressed with the service and the effort they put into making guests feel special.

Easter Sunday after services we decided to choose Red lobster for hard lunch meal. Rachel's Red lobster and ordered our meals the restaurant was relatively full. We ordered our food which took a considerable amount of time it seemed to deliver, they were short staffed when are food arrived one of our meals had a big black hair over which disgusted my family member that's not something that you should ever have happened. When we finally were able to get our waitress to come back to us she removed the plate what's apologies that she took it back and asked if we wanted something else my granddaughter said that yes you would like something else the order was finally placed and I know it takes a while...to cook food however it was very unpleasant for two of us to sit there watching our meals start to get cold while we had to wait again.
I guess the only good thing that came out of it is she got a new plate of food finally and they took the meal off of our bill. Had this not happen this would have been a completely different review.
