I had a wonderful experience at this famous Dave's today, the manager came to make sure we were helped and the food was cooked perfectly. If you want a nice family spot with great food like we had jalapeño poppers burgers you dont have to wait hours for, this is it.

When I first arrived Hugo, made me feel welcomes in the parking lot, with a smile and it looks as though he was on break. Upon being seated the manager Katherine greeted me and she made some great recommendations. Our server Kristina was wonderful. She greeted my table with a smile and made some wonderful recommendations too. Every recommendation she made was spot on and I enjoyed every bit of my meal. She was very attentive to my needs and made sure that I continuously had any and everything that I needed, with her frequent table stops. The food was delicious. I had the brisket, burnt ends, traditional wings, and the Mac n Chz. I highly recommend them.

We’re used to great food and great service at Famous Dave’s across the country as military family that moves often, but this one was a disappointment. There was no wait and we were seated quickly, seemed a little slow for a Saturday. Restaurant was clean and our waiter was very attentive until we received our food. A different waitress brought our food, which was not right, but our waiter did not come back to the table until we were done eating the rest of the food. It was small, one of my sides was incorrect, ordered mac & cheese but received potato salad, but he never came by for me to give him the chance to fix it. My brisket was about 50% fat, which was disappointing as well, the meat that was there was delicious. The garlic mashed potatoes were amazing as usual. I do not care for their potato salad, so didn’t eat it. My wife’s burnt ends were great as well. Our drinks ran out while we were eating and were not refilled. It took about 10 mins after we finished eating to get our check. There seemed to plenty of staff working and we saw our waiter working other tables, he just never came back to us. Unfortunately I don’t think we’ll be returning to this location.

Unfortunately this location is a hit or mess.
This review will be based on my most recent visit 5/14/26. Atmosphere is great once you walk in clean, the hostess/waitress seated us right away. Went in for lunch so it wasn’t packed arrived about 1:00 in the afternoon, there really wasn’t a crazy rush of customers on this particular Thursday afternoon. We were a party of (2) got our drinks, and we placed in our order right away. Restrooms were clean for the most part. We did order fried pickles for the appetizer which it seemed like they were charging per pickle. $9.00 for a very small serving. Once we got our food it wasn’t hot/fresh. The ribs were really over seasoned, and the brisket and chicken were not hot. Our waitress (Joslyn) did not go to check if we needed anything until we called another waiter if he could call her for us. For refills, to go boxes, and the check. Basically once we were done 35-40 minutes later…. Service and food was pretty disappointing for not a busy day or time. Will not be dining here again.
