⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10

We had such a great experience at Black Bear Diner on Joe Battle! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, everything came out hot and perfectly cooked, and the service was friendly and attentive.

The atmosphere was cozy, clean, and welcoming—the perfect spot for a hearty breakfast or a comforting meal. There were plenty of options on the menu, and everything we tried was satisfying and well-prepared. You can really tell they care about the quality of their food and the experience they provide.

We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Black Bear Diner on Joe Battle if you’re in El Paso and looking for a delicious, filling meal with great service!

There's just something special about The Black Bear Diner. The natural setting with Black Bears all over the place, with green accented booths and decor. I tried this location for the first time. My son and I were lucky to get a great waitress-- "Michelle". She was friendly, efficient, and anticipated all our dining needs. The Black Bear menu is different than any other competing restaurant-- offering favorites such as Chicken Fried Steak, Sliced Turkey Breast, Southern Fried Chicken, Meat Loaf, and many Specialty Sandwiches. On top of that, their breakfast menu is also great. This is a great place to get away from the typical American restaurant menus. You can't go wrong. 💯🍽😛

Good place to eat for the first time. The waitress was friendly and helped me pick what to eat as this was my first time eating breakfast here. Food came out quick and hot. They coffee was good also. Will return if I want to eat big. The meals here are huge. I couldn’t finish but it was delicious.

I love it here!! The pancakes are delicious, their pot roast was amazing and those corn bread muffins were delicious especially when you have their chili. Wasn't the biggest fan of the chicken fried steak but that could just be my taste otherwise kind staff and tons of selection food wise

Trying new diners has always been a favorite pasttime, and despite being a chain, this one is pretty good! Servers were attentive despite it being packed for breakfast service. Was a 30 minute table wait, but was able to get a seat for two at the counter immediately. The food portions were massive and a great price for how much was put on the plate. Would visit again!
