We were looking for a specific item and Mr. Jason took us right to it and explained the difference between the items. Over and beyond helpful. Them ran to the register to check everyone out, us included. Some people could be quite mean and desrespectful to guys like Mr. Jason who often wear many hats in their jobs. Be kind people.

👍 The Shift Manager was very polite and knew exactly where the item I was looking for should have been.
🤛 Unfortunately, they didn't have the exact item we needed (but that's a personal problem).
👍 While my family debated the compatibility of different items, I wandered off to use the restroom... and it was exceptionally clean.

Tractor Supply — Huntsville, TX gets five stars from me! Their self-serve dog wash is spotless and extremely well stocked — multiple shampoos, conditioners, detanglers, washing mitts, towels and dryers — everything you need. The tub setup is easy to use, and at $10/dog it’s an excellent value.

I also took my dog to their Sunday vet clinic for full shots and rabies. The service was affordable and straightforward — just the vaccinations we needed without pushy extras or upcharges other clinics often add.

Special thanks to Wes — he took the time the day before to walk me through the pet wash area so I knew exactly what to expect. Friendly, helpful staff like him make this store a go-to for pet care. Highly recommend!
