Their Detroit pizza use to be good— moist and cheesy. Now it’s dried and barely any cheese.

The crazy puffs gotten so small too.

Not gonna bother with this place, nor Little Caesars in general. For a few more bucks, I can get quality pizza elsewhere.

Always slow everyday of the week. Not worth the wait at all. Better off driving to a farther one you’ll save time. Lines packed multiple people waiting to cancel orders that should have been done hours ago.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Little Caesars. My order was supposed to be ready for pickup between 5:48pm-5:53pm, but when I arrived, I was told it wasn’t ready. That would have been understandable if the delay was reasonable, but I ended up waiting until 8:00 to receive my order—over two hours late.

What made the situation even worse was the lack of professionalism from the staff. Employees were coming into work on their phones and did not seem focused or concerned about the long wait times or customer service. There was no sense of urgency or accountability.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting timely service or basic professionalism.

Ever since Little Ceasars stopped making hot and ready pizzas, they have been taking over an hour to fill an order if you're lucky. This location is the worst, though. I get being tired and possibly short staffed but walking around with an attitude and totally ignoring customers will not improve your situation... trust me. The person at the front counter was just foul and was passing out any food that was in front of her to just anybody. I had ordered a stuffed crust but I received a basic regular pizza and yeah it was my fault, I should've checked before I left, but I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could and realized later that my order was wrong.
