Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Despite the restaurant being practically empty, we waited at least 10 minutes just to be seated. Once seated, another 20 minutes passed without a server approaching our table, offering water, or even acknowledging our presence. After nearly 30 minutes of waiting with absolutely no service, we decided to leave. We never even had the opportunity to try the food. Customer service is just as important as the meal itself, and this experience fell far short of expectations.

I was surprised that Red Lobster brought back Endless Shrimp after they lost millions on it two years ago, but I'm glad they did. The garlic shrimp scampi was my favorite. Coconut shrimp and shrimp alfredo were a bit heavy but decent for a try. It was a good thing that the biscuit was not very tasty haha.

I had a wonderful experience at Red Lobster, thanks largely to Kayle. From the moment we were seated, Kayle was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. The service was timely, the recommendations were spot-on, and everything was delivered with a great attitude and a welcoming spirit. Kayle truly made the dining experience enjoyable and stress-free. This is the kind of service that makes you want to come back. GOD is good, and great service like this is a blessing!
