I have to say this use to be a nice store where people were willing to help but in the past few months. I have been here, zero help. Last two times I waited at the so called "customer service" desk only to end up walking out because I got tired of employees not even acknowledging I was standing there after 15 minutes of passing by. The bad thing is the main product i buy here they no longer stock on the shelf for some reason. Its now in the back (I guess they are to lazy to put it on the shelf) because the website shows they have plenty. Well you cant sell it if you dont put it on the shelf and aren't willing to help people get it. Ill start driving out of my way to go to another store from now on. I have also noticed I dont recognize any of the past workers still here. Not sure what that's all about but maybe that's the problem.

In response to the "owner" of Tractor Supply that left the phone number Im not really sure why you need me to call. I stated what the problem was and from previous reviews of this same store recently its pretty obvious what the problem is. You just need to take care of it. Seems pretty simple to me weed out your bad employees. Maybe send someone "undercover" and make repramands on the spot.

Super friendly staff! Checkout process was a bit slow, but not too bad. One of the employees purchased two lollipops out of her own pocket for two kids who were shopping with their parents which was very nice of her. Even though the employee I encountered was off the clock, she still went above and beyond to assist me and direct me to the items I needed. Thank you again for a great experience.

This location is in Ashland near the local Walmart, tucked a little out of the way on a side road. It is well stocked and had a great selection of feed for dogs and chickens. Got what I needed without a wait at the register.
