We love the Millers radio commercials and decided to give them a call regarding a weird smell coming from our bathroom. Mike showed up with his cousin and diagnosed the issue right away, gave us three different quotes for what could be the issue, showed and explained to us the problem so we understood what needed to be done, and then got the job done. He was also just great to work with and had a great personality. We'd love to work with him again.

The guys who came, Josh and Voleri ( something like that? Sorry!) called before arriving and we're very congenial. They went right to work asking me pertinent questions.
When they were completing the inspection, they recommended some parts, why they made the recommendations, and left it up to me.
It made perfect sense to me and I agreed.
Josh estimated how long it would take to get the parts and were back far quicker than anticipated I'll. Payment was quick and easy.
The cost was expensive, but nothing more than I expected. I feel more at ease with my A/C system. I am a happy customer!

Michael was in on time and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately for me, my 17year old system needed several repairs that was well over 50% of a replacement system and at least 4 weeks for parts.

He gave me options for a temporary repair while I pursue a more permanent replacement.

Michael was professional and informative to my questions.

Michael serviced our unit here in Hampton Va yesterday and after looking for any leaks verified an air pressure issue and took care of a lower Freon issue as well and our unit had the house comfortably cooling and back to normal ac temps by the time we went to sleep that night. He was thorough and diligent with his walk through the house with coming to a conclusion on the issue. The quick turn around and break down of report was awesome as well to keep track of what’s been worked on in our unit for the future. I’d recommend asking for Michael moving forward. He had a quick response time getting out to us and he had our unit working efficiently in a short amount of time as well. We signed up for a plan with Miller’s as well for annual assistance.

Jon was absolutely outstanding! He fixed our HVAC system today and was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was wrong, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. His professionalism and expertise really stood out. If you’re lucky enough to have Jon as your technician, you’re in great hands. He’s the best! Highly recommend!
