Last Friday and Saturday the food quality was excellent. Sunday, it was horrible. Some times you get pizza sauce, and other times a drop. Sometimes the box is pouring grease and butter out, and sometimes not. Some times the pizza is paper thin, and other times it’s not. The consistency lacks miserably in food prep.

Ordered here for dinner tonight and got 2 pizzas. Once we got home and checked the pizzas we saw that one of the pizzas didn’t have the correct customizations that we paid extra for so we took it back and told the worker and went to hand her the pizza and receipt and she was very rude said she didn’t need the receipt and didn’t need to see the pizza. This makes me believe that they made the pizza wrong knowingly and still decided to give it to us that way. This is very frustrating, this location usually gives us issues similar to this and we will not be ordering here again. When my husband went back for the new pizza he wanted to try the new mountain dew mango rush soda and thought they would give it to him on the house due to us having to make another trip. Customer Service has gone out the window.

Found PLASTIC!! in my food. I bought this two days ago, It was stuck to the underside of a pepperoni on a piece I tried to eat today. Worried that I might’ve consumed the plastic when it was hot and only noticed when it was cold… this is so foul and the manager (guy) hung up on me when I called to complain. He said “what do you want me to do about it” and obviously I don’t want another pizza. I want the people that were on that shift and made that pizza to retake food safety and be reprimanded. Im reasonably angry! If a manager can’t handle customer service or even food safety, there’s a HUGE problem. I do not recommend buying from this location, they may just poison you 🙃 picture is gross as I had to take this out of the trash, I completely lost my lunch and appetite. I got the pizza on Sunday March 29th around 1pm

The food is pretty good def with you’re money and the crazy bread is just so good I will say in the past when I go inside of the store it is so small and when I came in to get my order that I ordered on the app there was barely enough room to be able to get my pizza and leave

This was my pizza tonight. Very easy pizza to make pepperoni, sausage & pineapple....but NO cheese!! How do you make a pizza with NO cheese! I've gotten pizza here a lot when a manager during the day has some control over them in the back. But tonight, when I went in, there was a storm trying to come in, so when I picked up my pizza, I just took off to get home. The pictures are what I found when I got home!!
The service was good they were very polite, but when they rang the people in front of me out, they yelled to the back to get a cookie for that customer 3 to 4 times because the music was loud they couldn't hear what the other staff was saying! If I were the owner of this shop, I would not be a happy camper. NO CHEESE ON A PIZZA....REALLY!
