Will not be back. What does hot and ready mean these days? I’ve been to this location twice in the last month and each time I’ve had to wait 20 mins for a cheese pizza. What happened to the good ole days when people actually worked?

I’ve ordered the Twix brownie 3 times thru the little ceasers app and it never arrives. When I called to let them know the guy said it’s because it’s a cold item. Which is fine but that has nothing to do with me. The app lets me pay for that item to be delivered to me and says nothing about it being a cold item. Because I don’t work there, so I don’t need to know that. I was told that there is nothing they can do about it. He said it had to be picked up in person then switched to “ the drivers are Notorious for forgetting items. Also not my problem. The issue is THREE times in a row I have paid for a product and never got it. I don’t care if it’s a frozen item. I’m concerned with my money happily being taken for said item and never receiving it. I’m commenting here because before I hung up on this guy for being literally zero help and not offering to fix it whatsoever he says “ I’m not saying it’s the customers fault “ and that’s where he lost me. No buddy it’s your employers fault. And yet he wouldn’t give me a number to call so here I am. Terrible service. But it’s probably my fault anyways. -8 stars

Wow! What a change at this little Caesars. I called and received the best customer service. I had trouble with my order online and Nolan fixed it without a problem reassuring me that he would fix it without any problems. Then I arrived and Tay the manager was extremely nice and down to Earth. I recommend this place to anyone, thank you Nolan and Tay for making a difficult day into a nice night.

The guy with the stellar mustache and goatee combo deserves a raise. I called in my single Pizza order and went to pick it which was a total of less than 15 minutes. Great team here.

Tay and the crew welcomed us in as soon as we walked in.

Tay was incredibly friendly and helped us through suggestions and ordering.

The crew was quick to handle such a large order. The lobby looks a little worn yet super clean.
