Highly recommend Krane Heating and Cooling. We called them yesterday and they got us in first thing this morning. Dave was our repair man and he was quick, attentive, thorough and made sure we didn’t over spend on our fixes (he charged us less for a fluid we needed even though we went over on the units required)—he was also super patient with our dogs and kids running around and being loud, which is a plus for me! I really appreciated that he knew I didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg and ensured we didn’t. His communication and time-management was excellent, I can’t recommend this company enough for any A/C needs!

The technician was very professional and polite. Diagnosed the problem, and fixed it all while I was standing there chatting with him. Very thankful for the work that was done. Airs back on so my dog and I are very happy campers. 5 stars for sure

Can't say enough good things about this company. They are responsive and knowledgeable - I've used them for my furnace and AC needs (both times, they helped me quickly when my old units died). They answer every question you have with transparency, and the team is always, always, always friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

We had an emergency with our furnace, and this company came out within just a few hours, which we were so grateful for. Every person we interacted with was professional, kind, and very personable.

The installation team was quick, efficient, and made us feel completely comfortable having them in our home. They explained things clearly and worked with care.

Overall, a great experience during a stressful situation. We appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism.
