We had Titan Plumbing Group out of Howell come to our home to service our kitchen sink, which kept overflowing. Robert was our technician, and he did an outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was taken care of properly.

It’s great to have someone show up who takes pride in their work and makes sure the customer is taken care of. I highly recommend Titan Plumbing Group, and especially Robert. We’ll definitely use them again if we need any plumbing work in the future.

James Taylor and his crew, Scott, Andre and Ashley did an amazing job replacing the failed cast iron drain pipe under my house. They worked very hard for two days digging out the cast iron pipe and then replacing with pvc drain pipe to ensure the plumbing system for my house is now fully functional. James is knowledgeable , competent, highly professional and has earned my implicit trust. His crew was awesome to work with and they all worked very well together!

James was very knowledgeable with his profession. He was very upfront about what the expenses would be, but i still find it quite expensive for an hour and a half visit that mostly involved using my plunger on the shower drain, and a quick 15 min try with the drain snake. James offered advice based on his knowledge of plumbing and his experience with other homes in the neighborhood and really made me feel good about the whole experience. I’ve only had the house for about 6 months and to be honest the drain is working better than I’ve ever seen it working. But it is definitely far from perfect. I would definitely call James out again whenever I have a plumbing or septic issue and trust that he’s going to steer me in the right direction.

Luke was friendly, knowledgeable and took time to walk me through the tasks he was doing. He was honest about the pros and cons for a few options and helped me choose the best route for my needs. I have called Titan a few time now and have been very happy with their service.
