When are they to order some hot and ready items just two I seen that they had them I waited about 15-20 minutes there was a big line behind me and the they kept staring at us they were on their phones and then told us they were not taking any orders it'd be more than a half an hour before they could take an order yeah I walked out he was very rude to the lady that said excuse me and just walked to the back and went talk to her at all. Never had this problem with day shift I will not be back to this location unfortunately

I pulled up at 11:30 to see if they had anything left to sell and the sign clearly says they close at 12. At 11:30 if they had the door already locked and said that the 12 o’clock on the sign doesn’t really mean 12 o’clock. Apparently Little Caesars tells time differently than all other businesses. They refused to sell me food during their business hours and the girl that was cleaning up was very rude and unprofessional.

I give this location a zero star. I ordered my food and pay online, so i don't have to deal with the poor attitude of some of the employees there and so i don't have to wait a long time for my food. Everytime i go in there my food is not even in the portal. When i have a code and it says it is ready, i entered code when I got there and yet again my food was not in the portal, just like everytime I order from this location. when I asked if it was broken the girl at the counter gave me an attitude and was rude to everyone. I wish I never had to go back there, but it is the closest one to my house. This has completely ruined my night and my appetite.

I am writing to formally report a very poor customer service experience at this Little Caesars location on Morse Road in Columbus.

I visited the store with my children, and upon entering, I was not greeted or acknowledged by staff. The male employee present did not ask for my order or initiate any customer interaction. Instead, when I was standing ready to order, he stated “10 minutes” in a dismissive tone, without any explanation or basic courtesy. He then immediately walked away.

The interaction was unprofessional and showed a clear lack of basic customer service standards, including greeting customers, taking orders properly, and communicating respectfully. The behavior came across as rude and disengaged, which made the experience uncomfortable, especially as I was there with my children.

As a result of this interaction, I chose to leave without placing an order. I also expressed at the time that the behavior was rude, as it did not reflect appropriate conduct in a customer facing role.

This type of service does not meet reasonable expectations for a food service business. I hope management addresses this matter seriously and ensures proper training and accountability for staff so that all customers, including families, are treated with respect.

This Little Caesars has absolutely got to be one of the best Little Caesars pizza 🍕 joints in the entire chain of them. For some reason their food even tastes better than the others. The employee's are nice, and it's always good food, and quick service.
