What should have been a 30 minute trip to the bank has been over 3 hours; people stacked up in the lobby and an understaffed branch during a major system upgrade. Horrible service!

Their staff are nice, I opened an account 2 weeks ago with them. Sadly they didnāt put my date of birth or address correct when opening my account so Iāve had issues with receiving a debit card amongst other things.

Iāve banked here a long time. Staff could not have show any more indifference to assisting me in their drive thru this morning. No greeting and zero show of any appreciation, much less any hit of a positive and friendly attitude. This is the third branch in the Tulsa metro area Iāve experienced this same approach to ācustomer serviceā. Seems to be across all banks to be honest. Credit unions excluded. Perhaps Iāve just answered my own dilemma in posting this review. Giving two stars only because they were at least efficient in fulfilling my request.

Too long of a wait at the drive-thru during rush hour. They should staff appropriately for peak hours. Staffing issues?
