Great Service yesterday at this branch. At the other branches they alway allocate my funds to the wrong account or they can't find me. That's why I don't deposit more money in city national Bank. Someone else is getting my money or doesn't get deposited correctly. I don't need more accounts. I need you to hold your employees accountable.

I had a very disappointing experience with City National Bank. My account was closed after I declined to provide the level of itemized detail they were requesting about a payment account/transaction. I understand banks have compliance policies, but the way the situation was handled felt excessive and unfair from a customer standpoint.

Instead of working with me clearly and professionally, the bank chose to close my account, which created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this bank ask detailed questions up front about their account-review policies, documentation requirements, and how they handle customers who question or decline certain requests.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend City National Bank.

They are very patient with you no matter how busy they are and they always get everything done. When I walk out by the time I walk out my accounts fixed.

I needed a local bank in Tulsa that would allow me to do instant transfers. My regular banking is done through a cash management/brokerage account. I opened it in late 2024. Within the first 30 days, I knew opening an account here was a bad idea. They will fee you for everything. Due to recent upgrades on my other accounts, I no longer need this one. Thankfully. Closed, and paid off all accumulated fees.
