What has become of this former outstanding location!?!?!?!
Are y'all seriously charging me full price for a pizza advertised as a holiday special on every surface of the location!?!?🕵️
It's one thing having to wait literally twice a as long as they said it would take (told 10-13mins, was 24 mins), but it's a whole nother ball game straight up false advertising deliberately, just to scoop up a couple more bucks.
And to top all of the ignorance off, my pizza wasn't cut past the cheese 🕵️
This is how the road to Idiocracy is paved.

Have placed a mobile order several times here recently and it’s always been prepared later than the estimated time frame. Puffs are consistently mostly dough with not a lot of filling and for my most recent order they sliced the sticks like they weren’t even trying. When going in to pick up food their customer service is sub par or non existent. Front counter area is dusty/dirty. Hate to think about the cleanliness of their kitchen area.

I want to start this by saying I love Little Caesars, and have for years. Over the past few years service has gotten slow and they're almost never hot and ready. But that's not against this specific Little Caesars, that's all. I don't have anything against this establishment for that reason. The problems with this establishment are that the staff is rude and disrespectful, and don't know how to do their job. Little Caesars has a pretzel crust pizza that you can get in different ways. The crust uses the same recipe, but before it is baked, it is smeared with a baking soda wash and sprinkled salt on so it has more of a pretzel consistency and flavor. I was told that there's nothing different about the crust besides the salt. Clearly they don't know how to read their own recipes. I've been getting this pizza for years from different Little Caesars, and they always make it right. I don't know how this staff failed to make this simple adjustment, but they do it every time, and are disrespectful when you to try and say anything about it.

This place is disgusting. Lunch pizza I picked up for my wife is dried and has been sitting for a long long time. Absolutely terrible, I worked in the food service industry for a long time and thought I'd seen it all but this is really bad. I guess that's what I get for going at 1:30pm... So little care in the food that the box was actually closed into the pizza itself.

I walked in and asked what is hot and ready, and I was told the only thing they had was pepperoni and cheese puffs. I never tried them before so that's what I got. Folks behind the counter were polite and the place was clean.
The pepperoni and cheese puffs ended up being pretty good. I'm sure I'll be back to try some of the other items on their menu.
